1)  See if you can find the letters 'H' and 'G' that stand for Home Guard. Where are they?

 

2)  Look at the hotspot with the Home Guard soldiers.  Are they old or young men?  For a bonus point, why do you think this is? (Maybe you could use google to find out more about the Home Guard)

 

3)  The buttons and the badge all have a crown on top.  Why do you think this is?

ANSWER: they are on the cap badge at the bottom

 

2)  Look at the hotspot with the Home Guard soldiers.  Are they old or young men?  For a bonus point, why do you think this is? (Maybe you could use google to find out more about the Home Guard)

 

ANSWER: they are older men because the younger men were away fighting overseas

 

3)  The buttons and the badge all have a crown on top.  Why do you think this is?

 

ANSWER: they represent the King and Country that the soldiers are fighting for
